Mosflm is a program for integrating single crystal diffraction data from area detectors. It is assumed that the experiment was conducted using the Arndt-Wonacott oscillation method, and also that monochromatic radiation was used. Mosflm can process data from a wide variety of modern area detectors, e.g. from Dectris, Mar Research, Rigaku/MSC, ADSC, DIP etc.

• You should read this file before you download.

• The program itself can be picked up via HTTP in both pre-built and build-it-yourself versions.

• If you have not yet installed a version of CCP4 at least as new as 6.1.0 you must do so (complete with the library files libccp4f.a, libccp4c.a and libxdl_view.a) before trying to build MOSFLM version 7.4.0.

  Note that versions of CCP4 installed via the update mechanism do not contain the libraries required to build Mosflm - this affects all versions of CCP4 from 6.3.0 onwards. In other words, if you want to build Mosflm, then you need to build CCP4 first Do not try to build Mosflm downloaded from this website with CCP4 version 6.4.0 or later - the build procedure with ccp4 6.4.0 et seq. is quite different from what was used before, we haven't ironed out the wrinkles yet.
