Enter the elution volume (i.e. number of ml after loading to middle of peak) in the left hand field, and compute to obtain calibrated protein mass in kDa. Hit reset to clear fields. If you get into trouble, you're on your own!
09Jul03: If you're using any version of Internet Exploder you might find the log answer is waaaaay over to the left. The mass answer should be fine. rpg
Useful fractionation range is 3 - 70 kDa. Answers outside this range are nonsensical. Useful fractionation volume is a to b ml. I might get around to writing a <bonehead input> checker at some point.
y=mx+c. c = intercept = 814 ; m = variable = -144. y = elution volume
Useful fractionation range is n - m kDa. Answers outside this range are nonsensical. Useful fractionation volume is 118 to 170 ml. I might get around to writing a <bonehead input> checker at some point.
