Microplate method

  1. Mix reagents A and B in the ratio 50:1 (make total volume # of samples × 200 µl + a little bit)
  2. Pipette 25 µl standard or unknown sample into well
  3. Add 200 µl reagent to each well. Agitate for 30 s
  4. Cover and incubate at 37oC for 30 minutes
  5. Cool to RT and read at 575 nm on plate reader
