The distributions in this directory are believed to work, but have not been tested thoroughly. They include a number of important bug fixes, but might have been broken inadvertently - so if you download them and use them, we would like to hear from you, especially if

This is part of our testing process - if you download anything from this page, we do not guarantee that it will work (although we think that it will).

We are only providing a selection for the most commonly used platforms - once testing is complete and we feel confident in providing a complete package, we will build the other copies that we normally distribute, and make a normal release.

None of these executables include the old-style X11 interface.

Download iMosflm + executable Download App Download executable only target platform notes
imosflm_linux_32.zip executable only PC Linux, 32-bit This is the one to install if you are unsure. It will run on any recent Linux, both on 32-bit and 64-bit machines. It will not run on some older AMD machines (e.g. Athlon 2800+)
imosflm_linux_64.zip executable only PC Linux, 64-bit This will only run on 64-bit machines; it runs a little faster than the 32-bit executable.
imosflm_osx_intel.zip OS X App executable only MacOSX Intel (10.5 - 10.6)
iMosflm-1.0.6-Setup.exe (installer) executable only MS-Windows PCs This should work on any version of Windows from Win95 to Win7.

Bugs fixed

Mosflm iMosflm Finally, we recommend installing and running Aimless rather than Scala for scaling and merging, and using "integrate combine" (which uses summation integration for the strong spots and profile-fitting for the weak spots) by default. This can be downloaded from Phil Evan's ftp site; unfortunately, it is not available for MS-Windows from there.
