Do you have a lipoprotein ?- find out by submitting the sequence

This program searches for probable lipoprotein signal sequence using the following criteria

• Presence of a Lipobox within the first 40 residues from the N-termninus with the consensus as [LVI][ASTVI][ASG][C]
• Presence of charged aminoacids in the initial residues
• Presence of atleast 6-22 residues between the predicted Lipobox and the charged residue
